Here are four kayaks on a dock with some great shadows. Quite truthfully it is hard to take a bad picture of a kayak. They have such interesting lines.

These fuel containers were strapped to the deck of a pretty beaten up saiboat from Alaska. I was just amused by the colors and the repetition.

This is a cool car that I have seen driving around town. I finally caught it parked in a spot not too bad for a photo.
I like this one in both color and black and white. If you’re interested, I think it’s a 1957 Nash Metropolitan. I like the crop tight on this because it accentuates how crowded it must feel like to drive in one.
This is the front end of a 1936 (or so) Yellowstone White Model 706 tour bus that has been restored to tour people around the park. The grill and bumper has a cartoon-like appearance and seems to be smiling (to me anyways).
This one was also taken in Puerto Vallarta at our hotel while I was waiting for my wife to email the kids. I never mind waiting when I have my camera along. That’s when I often find stuff to shoot.
When my wife and I went to Puerto Vallarta I was out on the deck waiting for her to get changed for dinner and this is what I saw.
I couldn’t have matched the color any better if I would have picked the surfboard and the flowers myself. This is just a scene I came across while in Hawaii with my family in 2007.
Not much to say here. I think the picture says a lot.
It was taken in a small fishing village on the island of Lipari off the northern coast of Sicily.
While I was waiting for my wife and daughter to look through the gift shops at Yellowstone park I noticed this odd shadow cast by the door handle of one of the antique Yellowstone buses. Sometimes I like to take photographs that you cannot immediately tell what the subject is but if you look closely enough you can figure it out.
